A Memorandum of Understanding has been signed at CEO level with Body Corporate Services Pty Ltd (BCS) to provide a range of telecommunications products and services such as Voice, Data, VoIP and eventually other IP delivered products including Video On Demand and monitored security, to be delivered to BCS' unit owners over the IntraPower next generation network. The products will be provided to BCS by IntraPower and its suppliers, and will be managed, delivered and billed (where permitted) through BCS branded strata levies, using Visibility.X, IntraPower’s unique on-line management system. Owned by the Prudential Investment Corporation of Australia, BCS is by far Australia's largest strata manager and provider of support services to owners’ corporations and community titles with over 125,000 apartments in over 8,000 buildings managed around Australia. In addition to residential buildings, BCS also provides management services to a number of corporate buildings and retail properties.
