Visibility.X is IntraPower's management software suite for managing customer networks, simplifying customer provisioning, customising products suites, managing customer support, automating Voice and Data billing, providing payment gateways and other important and rich feature sets as an enabling technology. It is the “glad wrap” for IntraPower’s Next Generation Network (private IP, MPLS – multi protocol label switched network) and wholesale product offerings to its Professional Partners, Strategic Partners and retail products for Corporate Partners.
Developed since 1998, with the product currently in its fourth release Visibility.X Version 4.9 with Visibility.X Version 5 currently under development, it is a powerful tool for enhancing productivity and improving efficiency. It gives each client access to IntraPower's core Next Generation Network management systems.
Visibility.X is a “white label” web based solution which provides a total re-branding opportunity thus enabling IntraPower’s Professional and Strategic Partners the ability to become Virtual Providers of Voice and Data products carried on IntraPower’s diverse Next Generation Network. They can offer their own customers goods and services that will provide an additional recurring revenue stream with a high gross profit margin and greater customer retention (“stickiness”). Visibility.X gives users the same detailed view into their own services. They can view the same information as IntraPower's own sales staff, engineers and support staff. This gives unparalleled access to critical network information. Visibility.X is also made available to Corporate Partners via any web browser. (WWSIWYG – what WE see is what YOU get).
An example of a Strategic Partner would be a franchise operator that can retail telecommunications products and services to their franchisees without the need for domain expertise, a delivery network infrastructure or a management system and trap revenue which otherwise “leaks” to a multitude of other telecommunications carriers and internet service providers.
