- Customers can choose to have their IntraPower ISDN Service configured as either:
- Bothway: carries end customer’s outgoing and incoming calls. Local number portability (LNP) can be used to avoid the end customer needing to change phone numbers.
- Outgoing Only: carries end customer’s outgoing calls, but their incumbent carrier’s service is retained for incoming calls;
